Today, the Group’s development policy is based on the following basic pillars:

Alapis is moving strategically towards the creation of its new identity, aiming at expanding the activities of the Health Division and supporting the Sectors of Human Health and more specifically generics and santitary equipment. This Sector is aided by taking advantage of the existing know-how of the company, the substantial knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the financial capacity of Alapis, which gives the company the opportunity to accomplish larger investments, acquisitions and strategic actions. In this way, it secures its position in the market, while, at the same time, is assisted in relation to competitors.
Alapis is developing sales and marketing infrastructure through product distribution of major companies and the wholesale activity, seeking to acquire a leading position in the market. At the same time, the acquisition and integration of selected fixed assets aims at the development of co-operations that would pay back to the company the largest share of the market, while it will strengthen its position in every Sector it is involved in.
Alapis Group lays the foundations of its development strategy in the pharmaceutical business unit, through which it achieves collaborations with all other activity Sectors, aiming at the creation of a complete and vertically integrated business platform, which will offer significant benefits to the business.
