Vasilios Karamouzis
Mr Karamouzis was born in 1964 in Athens. He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business. He has postgraduate studies in Finance and he holds a Master's Degree (Msc)in Computing Science. He has long-term experience as CFO and executive in Greek and multinational companies. Moreover he has been CFO in the Athens Exchange. Today he serves as Group Financial Officer of Alalpis.
Stilianos Kimparidis
Born in Thessaloniki in 1970. He is a graduate of the School of Philosophy of the Aristotle University and he holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Kapodistrian University and in Business Administration from the Hellenic Management Association. Today, he is attending an MBA course for Executives in the University of Thessaloniki. He has extensive experience in administrative positions, as a Product and Project Manager on behalf of Greek and multinational companies. He has participated in various seminars and conferences and he is an expert regarding the South-eastern European market. He serves as Senior Director of International Activities in the Health Sector of Alalpis.
Artemios Charalampakis
Born in Athens in 1962. He holds a BA in Geology from the University of Athens, as well as a master with specialisation in international marketing from the University of Leicester. He has 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing sector in multinational pharmaceutical companies and has served as a Corporate Executive for ten years. Today, he holds the position of Senior Director in the Human Health Sector of Alapis.
Stamatios Vitalis
Born in Athens in 1962. He is a graduate of the Pharmaceutical Department of the University of Athens and he holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Middlesex in London in Business Administration with specialization in merger and acquisitions of pharmaceutical companies and their effects in the psychology and efficiency of the employees. He has 19 years of experience in the sales sector in multinational pharmaceutical companies serving in executive positions for 13 years. Today, he holds the position of Senior Director in the Human Health Sector of Alapis.
Savvas Thalasselis
Born in Zambia in 1965. He is a graduate of the Mathematics Department of the University of Athens. He has research experience at the National Centre of Scientific Research (NCSR) ‘Demokritos’ and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham Trent, in England. He has gained more than 20 years of experience working for companies involved in Informatics, Commerce, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Products. He serves as Senior Director in the Human Health Sector of Alapis.
Christos Tsatsos
Born in Kokkinogio of Elassona in 1952. He is a graduate Chemical Engineer of the National Technical School. He has been specially trained in systems analysis and programming (Hellenic Productivity Centre), finances and cost of productive processes (Industrial School of Piraeus, Procter & Gamble in-house seminars) and in quality and human resources management. In the past, he has worked in the dye and detergent industry. He has special experience in the design and operation of chemical industrial facilities, as well as in administration in difficult environments, while he is also experienced in general management issues and, in particular, in problem solving and assessment techniques. Today he is Senior Director in the Cosmetics Sector of Alapis.
Giorgios Liolios
Born in Athens in 1958. He is a graduate of the Athens College and he studied Economics in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the pharmaceutical industry Chemica, co-founder and corporate executive of the first private laboratory of applied research in the field of generics, RICERCA, co-founder and Managing Director of the pharmaceutical company Farmedia, President and Managing Director of the pharmaceutical industry BIOMEDICA CHEMICA, founder and Managing Director of Lamda Pharmaceuticals S.A. (a service provision company for the development and approval of pharmaceutical generic drugs in Greece and EU), founder and Managing Director of the laboratory of applied analytical research Lamda Applied S.A. Since the acquisition of Lamda Applied from Alapis, he serves as Research
and Development Advisor for generic drugs.
Isidora Mitropoulou
She was born in Athens in 1978. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens as well as a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Previously she worked in the accounting department of construction companies as well as in an Audit firm. She has been serving Alapis as director internal audit since October 2009.
Michail Panou
He was born in Volos in 1949. He is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy of the Mathematics and Physics Department of the University of Athens. In 1978, he bough 25% and, in 1980, 100% of the pharmaceutical warehouse V. Aelion in Thessaloniki. In 1991, he transferred 50% of the company shares, which was renamed FARMAGORA S.A. in 2000, and held the position of Managing Director and head pharmacist until the company’s acquisition by Alapis Group. Today, he is the Head Pharmacist in FARMAGORA S.A. He has been serving as the General Secretary of the Panhellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers from January 2007 up to present.
Richard Knight
Born in the United Kingdom in 1969. He has an extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, serving in significant posts. He was Commercial Manager in Alliance Unichem from 1989 to 2007, responsible for the purchase of well known pharmaceutical products in Europe, while he was the head of Research and Development, export department as well as account manager for five major pharmaceutical chains. In September 2007, he joined the subsidiary company of Alapis, EuroMedicines LTD as Managing Director.
Dimitris Panagiotopoulos
Born in 1966 in Nafpaktos. He holds a degree in Chemistry and PhD in Peptide Chemistry from the University of Patras. He has conducted important research work and scientific publications in the field of Medical Chemistry, as has 11 years of professional experience in industrial and commercial pharmaceutical companies serving in administrative positions in Quality Control and New Products Development. Today he works as Project Administrator in the renovation of the pharmaceutical products production plant of Alapis in Pallini, and senior executive for the Strategic Planning in the development of new pharmaceutical products.
Alexandros Griziotis
Born in Athens in 1955. Graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department of Sheffield University. He has served as Sales Manager in several companies and has extensive experience in sales and the promotion of products in the field of medical equipment. Today, he is working as the Sales and Marketing Director in the Human Health Sector-Medical Equipment of Alapis
Olga Katoudi-Larda
Born in Athens in 1953. She holds an MS in Medical Laboratory Administration from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and a specialty in Transfusion Therapy from the University of Connecticut. She has wide experience in the Health sector. She has worked as Head of Laboratories (blood donations) in Hospitals in the USA from 1978 to 1990. Currently, she is the Director of the New Projects Development Department in the Human Health Sector-Medical Equipment of Alapis.
Yiannis Vassilakis
Born in Athens in 1945. He has a degree in Architecture. He held posts of commercial and administrative responsibility in multinational groups, being trained abroad at the same time, and has more than 30 years of experience in the detergent and cosmetics sector. Currently, he is the Sales Manager in the Detergents Sector of Alapis.
Charalampos Zantzas
Born in Viotia in 1948.He is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus and has several years of experience in the operation of modern accounting departments of major financial companies. He has gained significant experience working for major multinational companies. He is the Accounting Manager of Alapis.
Ioannis Georgakopoulos
Born in Athens in 1966. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration of Athens University of Economics and Business. He worked for several years as Head of the Accounting Department and then as HR Manager in the Banking Sector, working at the same time as Consultant of Greek and multinational companies on HR Management, Labor Legislation and Business Restructuring. Today, he works as the Manager of Business Units Co-ordination in Alapis.
Alexandros Oungrinis
Born in Thessaloniki in 1967. He holds a BS and a master in Business Administration, with specialisation in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As an a member of the investor banking team of the National Investment Bank for Industrial Development (ETEBA), Investment Bank and Emporiki Bank, he has been involved in a wide range of tasks of investment banking, such as mergers, acquisitions and privatizations. He also possesses experience in capital markets, such as IPOs, secondary public offerings. In Alapis he works as Corporate Development Director involved with projects regarding acquisitions and capital markets.
